Despite how it looks in the maps & frequently depicted in the media, Napa and Sonoma are too far and traffic can be too unpredictable to plan tastings in both areas in one day. When making appointments, be sure to ensure you’re doing all Napa or all Sonoma rather than a mix of both. If you are fitting in both in one day, do just one of each winery (two all day) and aim for the earliest reservation in one location and the latest reservation in the other.
